GPM held quality management training at the beginning of the Chinese New Year

On February 16, GPM quickly launched a quality management learning and exchange meeting for all employees on the first working day of the Chinese Lunar New Year. All employees from the engineering department, production department, quality department, purchasing department and warehouse participated.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Wang, GPM Operations Director. First, basic quality awareness training was conducted. He emphasized the importance of quality to the enterprise, and every position must have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of quality management. Next is a summary of typical internal and external quality cases throughout 2023, an in-depth analysis of the causes of problems, and training on corrective and preventive measures and improvement countermeasure requirements.

The trainer introduced employees how to formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve the quality control level of the production process. At the same time, employees were encouraged to actively put forward suggestions for improvement. Through studying these cases, employees realized their responsibilities in quality management and systematically learned how to avoid similar problems from occurring.

Finally, the meeting held a signing ceremony of the 2024 Personal Quality Declaration. Each employee solemnly signed his or her quality declaration, promising to hold themselves to higher standards in the new year and strive to improve the quality management level of individuals and teams.
